Advising key internal staff that a draw has both opened, closed or been sold out in realtime - current shortfall in PBJ Admin >Account Settings > Event Subscriptions link > selectable parameters
The current https://help.poweredbyjumbo.com/knowledge-base/how-to-get-admin-event-subscription-alerts/?preview=true#3-navigate-to-event-subscriptions alerts information describes current functionality delivered under the PBJ Admin >Account Settings > Event Subscriptions link, the ability to provide a realtime alert for closed draw is available but there is no ability to request a realtime alert for closed or sold out draws such that operators are aware that no more tickets can be requested of the stated draw.
This will help in the following instances:
If callers are requesting tickets the operator will be notified the moment no tickets are available in a specified draw - i.e. proactive management as opposed to trying to buy tickets and not being able to, especially when we have a number of staff working and when we are nearing the last 1-2 days of a lottery - for draws that may potentially sell out..
Key operational staff are aware that the lottery has opened / closed / sold out and therefore is visible / no longer visible to supporters on the PBJ OZ Lotteries website.

We have added a new subscribable event for draw closed.
Enabling the 'Charity draw has closed' event will trigger an email notification when a charity draw closes.
To enable this event subscription, log in to PBJ Admin, and select [Your Name] > Account Settings > Event Subscriptions.
