improved flexibiltiy for design options on website templates

The engagement and UX on parts of the website may be delivering lower revenue outcomes due to the lack of design options to advertise specific aspects. For example the results we see from promoting Early Bird ticket sales is strong, however as a standalone message on the website, visually, there is no representation of the urgency factor or the prize offer itself (ie holiday destination) that is on offer as it text only on a white background, no images etc. this prize offering in a lottery is marketed with imagery and banners elsewhere. Is there any further appetite to build out some of the website templates so that we have more design flexibility? or at least to test the theory that stronger revenue results could exist with improved design template options in certain areas.

Hi Kirsty Moore, just to try and understand this a bit better, can you help me understand what part of the web experience you're referring to when you mention the "text only on a white background, no images etc?"

Patrick Gordon: see image below on early bird. This is on the home page below the fold. As you scroll, there would be no reason for you stop and take interest necessarily, as it is just the text. I am making an assumption, I know, but this is not how we would like to advertise this aspect and prize offering in our lottery offer. We are selling a dream and this is challenging with parts of the website. Would be great to be able to test certain theories further but how you would do that without forcing all PBJ platform customers, I am not sure.

Kirsty Moore: Thanks, I understand better now.
