We are running external telemarketing campaigns to update expiry dates on credit cards for star supporters. This has been increasingly challenging to the point of considering to pause the campaign as we have only been able to gather the data from our previous platform as we cannot pull Star Supporter data such as those with expired cards. It has also meant extra workload from complaint calls with supporters as we cannot provide the external telearketing company with a refreshed data pull. So we are calling people who have already responded to the callout to update or have updated post-data pull and now we are irritating our supporters and many think it is a scam that we are calling them if they have already updated. Its a really poor experience for the supporter and often a difficult and challenging call to deal with as an agent if they are complaining. Easy access to fields that would be updated semi-frequently like expiry dates, no. of tickets per lottery etc. would be very useful and save us a lot of time if we can work from fresh data consistently.
