The phone is an essential method of contacting charity customers both for administrative and marketing purposes.
Customers are also available on different numbers at different times of the day, work, home mobile when on the go. As such, it is essential to be able to store multiple different numbers against a single customer account.

the scope of work planned is:
- allow a customer to be migrated with a phone2
- allow an admin to edit a customer's phone2
- allow a customer to edit their phone2 in my account in web and app
- phone2 will be sent to Engage
out of scope:
- no updates to POS, OP, Bulk, Web registration or App registration.
