When importing bulk offline orders into the system, we currently encounter a large volume of exceptions due to the validation on name, address and phone of existing supporters.

If the validation on these fields were to be removed when a MPBJ ID was present (considering no personal details are updated as part of this process), this would significantly reduce the amount of mail exceptions having to be processed manually.
