Purchase channel not visible front end

It is not possible to see how a supporter has purchased in the front end of the platform. Whether the agents are talking to a supporter and can confirm in a call how the purchase was made (people forget they purchased and question a charge on their card), or whether there is an anomaly that is being investigated, its not possible for staff to see how an order was placed. Access to this information in the front end will mean a more efficient process and no need to access back end data.

100% agree what Kirsty's saying. We'd use in future sales calls, customer support and when calling winners (as we have done in our legacy system).

Hey Kirsty -- just to confirm you're saying it would be beneficial to see the
channel
data (i.e. prize_home, etc) in Admin?If so is there a particular place you're expecting to see this data? (Transaction History, Order History, somewhere else?)

Colin Hili: Hey Colin, it would be great if this could be displayed in the order history. An extra column detailing how the ticket was purchased, i.e. Prize Home, Inbound, Mail, Paypal etc. would mean the information is easily accessible for our agents.
