Refresh Metrics round-the-clock

The refresh of data in PBJ metrics database currently has a blackout period from 3pm-8pm each day.
This time period overlaps with several key events, including end-of-day reconciliation and close of a draw.
Without up-to-date data during these time frames, we need to wait until the next day to do our EOD process, and it also limits our ability to extract data relevant to a closing draw (like sales figures, or marketing lists, or general BI work).
It would be ideal if metrics updated 24/7, or perhaps have the blackout period moved to a non-critical part of the day (e.g. overnight).

To add further to Curtis' comment, the agents at the prize home are having trouble reconciling their daily tills as the Prize Home operating hours are 10am to 5pm, 7 days per week for EF and the lockout for reporting means they cannot pull a report that shows agent sales with breakdown of payment methods, to properly reconcile their till. The other challenge is that when there is a discrepancy, the person having to reconcile that day is actioning this the following morning and due to the staff rostering where we have up to two prize homes open at once, the staff may not be the same each day. We then have potentially two staff both saying they don't know why we have more or less money in the till via eftpos or cash. With too many gaps in the process with cash handling and not being transparent about the daily outcomes, it is a risk for both staff and supporters. Our contact centre operating hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and on Saturdays 9am to 1pm but we have more suitable cash handling processes in our HO and can manage an EOD process the following morning, it's mainly Prize Home that is an issue.
