Our contact centre has a number of tickets they need to identify which account they are on and there is no "search ticket" function that we are aware of. An option has been built during a draw to find a winner, but when cancellations need to occur for an OzLotteries supporter, the ticket numbers that have been supplied for cancellation aren't searchable and we don't have a way to confirm account info to ensure the correct ticket/s are cancelled. An easy to search "Find ticket" type function would be extremely useful.
