Operators use the note function for a raft of ad-hoc pieces of information.

We believe there is value in exposing those notes into Metrics for further use. This would be helpful in addressing some data problems we have. For example, recording cheque or money order information – while it would be great to have a structured dataset for that information, customer notes would be usable and get us 80% of the benefit relatively “cheaply”.

Note: there is a field under the table but it rarely populates with data (not sure if this is intended behaviour?)
