Copy & Paste registration address.
It is currently not possible to paste an address into the registration form's autocomplete address field. Pasting an address won't trigger the autocomplete functionality, and the address field will be left blank. The customer is required to enter this field manually before they can complete their registration.

POS - Not logging operator out after session expires
When a POS operator is inactive on the device for x time frame the session expires. When operator goes back to the device they can navigate to buy tickets for a supporter however are unable to complete purchase and will receive a "session has expired" message. They are then required to manually log out and begin the process again. Expected Outcome The POS operator to be logged out after idle time and then must sign back in.

'Add' button for Image Gallery and Floorplan in Draw CMS does not work when default images are removed
When default images in the image gallery and floorplan are removed, the user will no longer be able to add a new image. The 'add' button will become unclickable in these sections. As a workaround, the user will have to: Set the draw to multiprize (if it is a single prize draw) Delete the current prize from the draw Add a new prize Set the draw back to single prize (if needed)

Withdrawable text on 'Withdraw Funds' page
Recently an update was made to the 'Withdraw Funds' page on the OZL website. With this change came a new word 'Withdrawable'. This word is not common to Ops/Support and OZL customers everyday lingo and I suspect may cause some confusion to customers. Can we look to update this wording to 'Prize Funds'? In the past it was listed as 'Available Funds', however 'Prize Funds' falls in line with our day to day flow and our Help centre articles that are currently active.

Duplicate Email Address
An existing email address from an Active supporter was able to be saved to a second supporter ID through 'edit customer details' and saved.

API Supporter Purchase Blocked
If a supporter created via API has an email appended to their PBJ account, they are no longer able to purchase Mater Lotteries tickets via OZL.

Payment Options only showing with "classic ID" URL
When importing a new customer through Offline Sales, the Payment Options area on the newly created customer does not show the imported card. However, if you go to the same URL using the "classic ID", the information shows.

Postcode not allowing spaces
Supporters had previously been able to register on the mater lotteries website with a space in their postcode. The website now prevents a supporter from registering with a space in the postcode. Could we please have this changed to allow supporters to register with a space as all UK postcodes include a space? Supporters who previously registered with a space in their postcode now receive the attached error message when attempting to make a purchase. Could we please have this changed to allow these supporters to make a purchase? Could we please have this fixed as soon as possible as this is affecting our existing supporters who had previously been able to make purchases?
