Suggestion to change the home page hero banner to all our draws rotating through the feature banner instead of just displaying primary draw. The main reasoning is this is not a single lottery site and the other draws are below the fold.

Note: This request has been edited to be more general to all users of the PBJ platform. Currently, it is not possible to link a sale between the Metrics database and the Segment database. The Metrics database used the internal numeric Customer_ID, and the Segment database makes use of the encrypted External_Customer_ID. We would like to have a way to link records from the two different databases. Similarly, it is not possible to match financial transactions to a payment gateway. This is important to be able to automate the financial reconciliation process. We would like to have the Encrypted Deposit ID, and the Payment Receipt Reference included with the Segment transaction data.

Sub draw info section in PBJ admin currently only allows operators to enter ticket numbers in the Winning Ticket Number field and can only display information entered in that field as a "Ticket Number" on the front end, but clients do not always use a ticket number to determine a winner for bonus draws (e.g. supporter ID, customer ID, etc.)

Customers are navigating to 'winners' expecting to see winners stories, not just ticket results. They like the winner's blog stories and videos, but it's only linked to on the home page or blog and is often missed by the user.
